Huili Group's first outdoor development campaign in 2018 was successfully concluded

In order to enhance team cohesion and execution, and constantly improve the productivity and competitiveness of the company. On May 4, 2018, the Joint Production Department of the Ministry of Administration organized Huili Group's outdoor development activities in the first phase of 2018 with the theme of "Challenging ourselves, team assistance, pursuing excellence and creating brilliance". More than 130 people participated in the outdoor development activities.

After arriving at the training base, the instructor organizes all the staff to assemble quickly, and then divides all the team members into seven teams. Each team chooses the team leader, designs the team badge, formations, slogans and so on, and presents them on the stage separately. After an hour of ice breaking, team members give full play to their subjective initiative and create a competitive atmosphere.

In the subsequent expansion, the team members challenged the "Moss Code", "Crossing Mount Tai", "Breathing Power", "Graduation Wall" and other expansion projects. Each well-designed expansion project arouses strong interest and enthusiasm. In the process of expansion experience, team members work together to conquer projects that were thought impossible. Each outreach activity, team members are actively involved in meeting difficulties, and constantly challenge themselves, team members refuel with each other, encourage each other, dare to overcome psychological barriers, do not escape and never give up. At the end of each project, we will share the successful experience and summarize the shortcomings.

The day's outreach ended with the cheers of the ahead completion of the Graduation Wall project. Everyone said that today we had an unforgettable May 4th Youth Day and released our long-lost vitality. Although we were tired, our energy was extraordinarily vigorous and we gained a lot. We really realized the importance of team trust, effective communication, mutual encouragement, rational organization, leadership, execution and team cooperation.

Outward bound training is a challenge, not only physical ability is more conscious; the challenge is not only individual but also team. This outward bound training strengthens the courage and self-confidence of employees, and promotes the sense of unity and cooperation among employees. Through mutual exchanges and learning, we realize the importance of mutual trust, teamwork and good thinking. We believe that in the future work, all employees of the company will work together to create a new brilliant chapter!
